Attorney McGlinchey has been practicing law since 1999. From 1999 through 2006, he served as an active duty officer in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, primarily working on criminal justice matters as both a prosecutor and defense counsel. After leaving uniformed service, he worked as a civilian attorney for Defense Logistics Agency and the Navy Office of General Counsel. Since 2013, he has worked in private practice primarily representing clients in criminal matters before Connecticut state courts.
